Senior Product Owner (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $94,900–$130,500 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team.
• Define user stories and prioritize the product backlog.
• Maximize the value of products created by the Agile team.
• Coordinate stakeholders and the development team to ensure the right product is built in the right order, within budget and by the deadline.
• Serve as the Agile team's primary contact for information, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Influence department strategy and determine technical approaches for project components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex to complex issues and evaluate variable factors in situations or data.
• Ability to work from a dedicated home space without ongoing interruptions and protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is suggested.
