Senior Product Owner (Medtech)

Location: Boston, MA, US (Hybrid)

Salary: $78,400–$133,400 annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive plan eligibility.

What you will do

• Align product priorities with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder and customer needs and translate them into software product requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are clear, complete, and testable.
• Collaborate with leadership, customers, operations, and commercial teams to identify future product opportunities.
• Clarify business outcomes and product goals for architects, developers, and testers.
• Support regulatory, quality, and cybersecurity obligations through risk management, hazard analysis, quality management, and security reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; an advanced degree may substitute for years of experience.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable product and software requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration with technical, operational, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• 5+ years of experience in software product management, software development, or plasma collection operations.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience working in regulated healthcare, life sciences, medical device, or blood/plasma collection environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of plasma collection, donor management, or collection center workflows.
• Experience with plasma collection technologies, donor-facing applications, or operational software systems.
