Portfolio Delivery Analyst (Data & Analytics)

Location: Remote across the U.S.; position location listed as Columbus, Ohio

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate portfolio operations, roadmaps, milestones, governance materials, reporting, and planning artifacts across Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Manage intake and demand analysis, including delivery impacts, capacity considerations, dependencies, resource needs, risks, and prioritization inputs.
• Coordinate capacity planning, workforce and contractor forecasting, planning scenarios, resource allocations, budgeting, funding analysis, and variance reporting.
• Track strategic initiatives, cross-team dependencies, risks, decisions, action items, release milestones, readiness indicators, and post-release lessons learned.
• Monitor throughput, work-in-progress, aging and blocked work, forecast accuracy, delivery flow, and portfolio health; develop dashboards and leadership reporting.
• Improve portfolio processes, data quality, governance standards, reporting practices, automation, and AI-enabled planning and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in portfolio operations, PMO support, project coordination, delivery operations, business analysis, Agile operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting projects, programs, portfolios, or delivery teams across multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, reporting, operational planning, or portfolio management.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
• Experience with dependency management, risk tracking, release coordination, and delivery reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, facilitation, collaboration, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and transform data into meaningful insights.
• Experience preparing dashboards, portfolio reports, presentations, and leadership materials.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and reporting practices.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Data, Analytics, Technology, Digital, or Enterprise Platform portfolios.
• Experience with portfolio reporting, project coordination, or PMO functions.
• Experience building executive dashboards, forecasting models, and portfolio reporting solutions.
• Experience with Agile planning at scale and Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity, reporting, forecasting, or analytics tools.
