Product Manager - Platform (SaaS)

Location: Remote, United States; no time zone preference. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Starting base compensation in the United States: $150,000–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for shared platform capabilities across cloud, government cloud, and self-hosted deployments.
• Define deployment-specific behavior, configuration, application connectivity, and feature parity requirements.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives including FedRAMP-compliant cloud capabilities and the transition to service-oriented architecture.
• Research and design professional services offerings for customers with specialized deployment requirements.
• Analyze competitors and model the impact of deployment options on public-sector wins, enterprise deal velocity, expansion ARR, and retention.
• Define adoption metrics and support Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Implementation Engineering with compliance requirements, RFPs, and deal-stage discussions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with platform features of B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working with U.S. Federal Government customers.
• Strong technical aptitude focused on authentication architectures and the software deployment lifecycle.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into intuitive administrator experiences.
• Ability to discuss technical topics and technology trade-offs with engineering and architecture teams.
• Strong organization and informed prioritization and trade-off decision-making with engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset, willingness to learn from others, and enthusiasm for open source and improving internet security.
