Equipment Finance Loan Fulfillment Team Manager

Location: Birmingham, Alabama, United States; onsite at Regions Center

Salary: $86,150.90–$102,450.00 USD annually; eligible for an annual discretionary bonus plan

What you will do

• Lead the Equipment Finance Loan Fulfillment team and provide oversight for pre-closing fulfillment and construction monitoring.
• Oversee equipment finance loan documentation, due diligence, regulatory requirements, systems, funding, booking, and exception resolution.
• Manage work distribution, production schedules, turnaround times, legal document submission, and project management activities.
• Act as the primary contact for business partners regarding team performance and transactional issues.
• Conduct staff meetings and pipeline calls, provide onboarding and ongoing training, and communicate policy updates.
• Contribute to process improvement, risk management, hiring, and disciplinary activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of corporate banking experience, or a high school diploma/GED and nine years of corporate banking experience.
• Knowledge of commercial credit, regulatory requirements including BSA/AML, Beneficial Ownership, OFAC, and Flood Regulations, and documentation policies.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and subject matter expertise in loan fulfillment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead by example, with self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency.
