Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator - Sr (Financial Services)

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota, United States. Office workplace type; applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Base compensation: $57,000–$124,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for an applicable incentive compensation plan.

What you will do

• Coordinate with customers and Sales Representatives to ensure correct documentation, timely issue resolution, and planned closings.
• Independently draft, revise, and negotiate transaction documentation with in-house and outside counsel.
• Assess proposed document revisions, exercise judgment, and escalate matters to credit, legal, asset management, or senior leadership when appropriate.
• Draft and negotiate landlord waivers, collateral access agreements, subordination agreements, and no-interest letters with little or no supervision.
• Advise Rail, Aircraft, Large Corporate, Syndications, and Middle Market product groups on complex transactions, including pricing, deal structure, collateral, credit, and tax components.
• Potentially develop, train, and supervise staff on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of financial services experience in aircraft, large ticket, and capital markets required.
• 3+ years of loan documentation experience required.

Nice to have

• Legal experience.
• Juris Doctorate or Master’s degree.
