Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator - Sr (Finance)

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $63,000–$124,000 annual base compensation, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Coordinate with customers and sales representatives to ensure accurate documentation, timely issue resolution, and planned transaction closings.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate transaction documents with in-house and outside counsel.
• Assess proposed document revisions, exercise independent judgment, and escalate matters to credit, legal, asset management, or senior leadership when appropriate.
• Draft and negotiate landlord waivers, collateral access agreements, subordination agreements, and no-interest letters.
• Advise Rail, Aircraft, Large Corporate, Syndications, and Middle Market product groups on complex transactions.
• Support staff development, training, and day-to-day supervision as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of financial services experience in aircraft, large-ticket, and capital markets finance.
• 3+ years of loan documentation experience.
• Ability to analyze pricing, deal structure, collateral, credit, and tax components.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

• Legal experience.
• Juris Doctorate or master’s degree.
