Performance Engineer, Operations (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Resolve production, equipment, and systems problems and provide technical support for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Establish standards for compaction, electron beam welding, arc melting, production, and material-flow processes.
• Coordinate risk assessments and abatement, problem-solving reports, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support capital and major maintenance projects, including funding requests, project management, and technical support for new process equipment.
• Develop performance metrics, audit operhirify.globalons against internal and external customer requirements, and implement process improvement plans.
• Create and revise work instructions, quality-system documents, material specifichirify.globalons, and standardized work documenthirify.globalon.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Ability to apply continuous improvement concepts, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma techniques in a production environment.
• Ability to lead in an industrial production environment, learn and visualize complex processes, and apply rigorous problem-solving methods.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, written, and verbal communichirify.globalon skills, with effective time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic programming skills and controls experience with Allen Bradley, Emerson Delta V, or equivalent systems.

Nice to have

• Industrial manufacturing experience.
• Experience with electron beam technology, vacuum systems, mechanical design, and project management.
