Manager, Packaging Workflow Project Lead (Packaging Workflow)

Location: US - GA - Atlanta; onsite role in the United States. Travel required: 00%–25%. Relocation is not provided. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: USD 106,800–135,000 annually. Annual incentive reference value: 15%.

What you will do

• Oversee packaging graphics workflows in Adobe Workfront and Esko Web Center as a platform expert.
• Partner with Packaging Workflow Technologists to influence system configurations, templates, reporting, stability, and performance.
• Manage workflow operations for innovation and base business packaging projects, including milestones, briefs, approvals, and proofs.
• Monitor branded packaging quality and compliance with legal, regulatory, trademark, and design integrity requirements.
• Use AI-enabled compliance checks, proofing accelerators, and other workflow optimizations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with Marketing, Design, Packaging Graphics, Legal/SRA, Commercial, and Supply Chain stakeholders; prepare pipeline reviews, risk assessments, and operational reports.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, packaging graphics, Marketing Operations, workflow management, or creative/production operations.
• Understanding of packaging development workflows, including prepress, color management, and print production processes.
• Experience with workflow design and administration in Workfront, Esko Web Center, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills, including experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain and improve reporting tools and workflow visibility.
• Proficiency with workflow tools such as Adobe Workfront.
• Knowledge of Esko Web Center or other packaging workflow platforms.
• Familiarity with digital proofing solutions and color management tools.
