Senior Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid, with office attendance 3 days per week in Alpharetta, GA; Durham, NC; or Pleasanton, CA, USA.

Salary: $91,200–$175,000 for Zone C, $100,300–$192,500 for Zone B, or $109,400–$210,000 for Zone A, depending on work location.

What you will do

• Lead the planning and development of business-unit supply chain strategy, including strategic network and process initiatives.
• Lead strategic supply chain projects and optimization initiatives to improve costs, margins, capabilities, and business performance.
• Develop, maintain, and implement a portfolio of initiatives covering innovation, cost savings, supply assurance, and related priorities.
• Work with block teams, supply chain services leadership, and other strategic business unit teams to deliver initiatives.
• Monitor external benchmarks, capabilities, trends, supply options, tools, and systems to identify improvement opportunities and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience spanning more than one discipline, including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics, with increasing responsibility and a demonstrated record of success.
• Ability to identify and develop strategic and tactical options for improving supply chain performance and capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence subordinates, peers, and senior executives to accomplish team objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from complex data and information.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal forms with all stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business financials and ability to articulate the financial impacts of supply chain choices and risks.
• Flexibility to manage and prioritize planned and unplanned work.
• Ability to translate complex projects into clear priorities and execution plans and deliver initiatives on time, on budget, and in line with business requirements.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end business and supply chain interdependencies, curiosity about the external environment, and a commitment to leading with excellence.
• BS/BA degree.
