PMO & Programs Manager (AI)

Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Distrito Federal, Mexico, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-person work Monday through Thursday and remote work available on Flexible Fridays; schedules may vary by location.

What you will do

• Improve the PMO framework, including project intake, prioritization, governance rhythms, portfolio reporting, and supporting tools.
• Maintain oversight of active, pipeline, on-hold, and completed projects and facilitate recurring leadership reviews.
• Lead the Sourcing Strategy Management Office operating model, including planning, strategy reviews, standards, templates, partner engagement, repositories, progress tracking, and training refreshes.
• Lead Procurement and applicable Supply Chain programs across planning, execution, reporting, risk management, adoption, and sustainment.
• Establish value-realization practices covering indicators, milestones, ownership, risks, dependencies, and sustainment plans.
• Lead change management, process improvement, automation, training, communications, documentation, and decision forums using Lean, Six Sigma, and AI tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, continuous improvement, procurement operations, supply chain operations, or related fields within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve ways of working, including building and refining prompts and simplifying or automating repetitive activities.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or an equivalent recognized project management or improvement certification.
• Advanced English proficiency.
