PLM Program Manager Graduate (HPC & AI)

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office in Texas, United States.

Salary: USD 62,900–145,300 annual base salary in Texas, United States. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end product lifecycle planning and execution for high-performance computing and AI programs.
• Maintain schedules, dashboards, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
• Prepare status reports, meeting materials, action logs, decision logs, lifecycle reviews, and launch-readiness presentations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document outcomes, assign actions, and follow up with owners.
• Coordinate readiness activities across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Services, and Support.
• Support product launches, sustaining activities, change management, end-of-life work, retrospectives, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed or expected within one year of the start date in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with guidance, work through ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Interest in technology, product development, customer needs, business operations, hardware, software, services, or artificial intelligence.
• Hybrid work with an average requirement of two days per week from an HPE office in Texas, United States.

Nice to have

• Internship, co-op, capstone, research, student organization, military service, volunteer leadership, or part-time work experience.
• Coursework or project experience in project management, product development, operations, analytics, process improvement, or technology.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or product-development lifecycle concepts.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Power BI.
• Interest in foundational project-management training or certification.
