Process Excellence and Quality Management System Senior Analyst (Process Excellence)

What you will do

• Lead global, cross-functional Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement projects supporting Labeling, Packaging Graphic, and Label Design workstreams.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize operational metrics, dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and performance reporting.
• Analyze trends, performance results, deviations, productivity, process efficiency, and cost across regions; identify root causes and prepare recommendations.
• Map As-Is and To-Be processes using BPMN 2.0 and maintain process documentation, knowledge repositories, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, process optimization, and standardization while ensuring alignment with QMS and ISO standards where required.
• Manage or support corrective and preventive actions, monthly performance reviews, transitions, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with service delivery teams, regional stakeholders, and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Operations, GBS, or Shared Services.
• Experience leading improvement or operational projects and working with Kaizen, Just-Do-It, and DMAIC frameworks.
• Very good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, JDI, DMAIC, and root cause analysis tools including 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, and Fishbone diagrams.
• Experience mapping and optimizing processes using BPMN 2.0 and VSM.
• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to translate data into business recommendations and aggregate data using SQL.
• Experience working with metrics, KPIs, SLAs, operational dashboards, Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, data visualization, and reporting automation.
• Experience working with SharePoint and maintaining and organizing knowledge repositories.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and organizational change skills.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
