What you will do

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve customer and client experience.
• Support process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate on project tasks and communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Document process changes and improvements for future reference.
• Apply process optimization methodologies and monitor industry trends related to customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience in business process services and data analysis.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and interpretation.
• Continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Excel Specialist or Business Analytics Foundations.
