Product Manager – Revenue Cycle Management

Location: United States; remote for candidates outside the Chicago area, hybrid in Chicago with in-person meetings 1–2 days per week. The role may require travel to the corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations across North America. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD per year in most US locations; final compensation may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for Revenue Cycle Management automation in CollaborateMD, EverHealth’s enterprise billing system.
• Improve claim submission, accounts receivable follow-up, payment posting, denials, and appeals workflows to reduce manual work.
• Partner with design and engineering to discover and deliver solutions, translate requirements into user stories, and collaborate in an Agile environment.
• Apply automation and AI to claims, accounts receivable, payments, denials, and appeals.
• Define success metrics and deliver scalable, extensible solutions across products.
• Work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and onshore and offshore RCM users to deliver efficient, trustworthy, user-friendly automations.

Requirements

• Five or more years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to own a complex, workflow-driven product area and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong product discovery skills and comfort operating in ambiguous situations.
• Track record of shipping practical solutions that teams and customers adopt.
• Ability to work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and RCM users.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on revenue cycle experience as a biller, in RCM operations, or building software for billing, practice management, or clearinghouses.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and LLMs.
