TMC Specialist - Export

Location: Onsite in Juarez, Nuevo Leon, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage local import/export operations and supervise the performance of customs brokers.
• Act as the point of contact for customs brokers on valuation, product classification, and related clarifications.
• Audit customs brokers on the accuracy of customs entries, invoicing, and archiving.
• Manage documentation and online forms for efficient, cost-effective, and lawful import/export execution.
• Maintain and share knowledge of import/export laws and procedures, tariffs, duties, licenses, and restrictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Commerce, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics and transportation roles.
• Experience in export operations.
• Knowledge of the IMMEX Program.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for logistics data analysis and reporting.
• Intermediate English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
