Product Owner, AI & AWS Delivery

Location: Remote in Canada; limited to Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. Certain roles may require up to 25% travel.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Agentforce implementation projects as product owner and project manager.
• Guide customers and delivery teams in defining use cases, business outcomes, and overall solutions.
• Transition customers from sales to delivery by reviewing SOWs and partner-funding POs, defining roles, and facilitating kickoff and onboarding.
• Plan and monitor project financials, scope, schedules, status meetings, and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage delivery team members, measure live-solution outcomes, and lead project closeout.
• Drive internal initiatives to develop reusable assets and solutions that improve innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS across all project-delivery phases.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation, sizing, SOWs, and Change Order contracting.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator certification plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Demonstrated experience writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope.
