Product Manager (AI & Agents)

hirify.global is an early-stage payments-as-a-service fintech startup providing embedded payments for vertically focused SaaS platforms serving small and mid-sized businesses.

What you will do

• Own the product direction for the agent harness, including its knowledge, skills, tools, and supporting architecture.
• Define and build evaluations, regression testing, and telemetry to maintain agent accuracy as models and prompts change.
• Tune agent behavior across prompts, knowledge bases, and skills in partnership with engineering.
• Drive model selection and routing across multiple LLMs while balancing capability, latency, and cost.
• Design interoperability between clients’ agents and hirify.global through MCP and agent-to-agent communication.
• Make product changes with AI coding tools, review and ship code with engineers, support company-wide adoption of agentic workflows, and represent the products externally.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building agentic products or agent harnesses, including tool use, memory, prompt assembly, and evaluation.
• Deep, current knowledge of frontier and open-weight LLMs and their strengths across different tasks.
• Daily fluency with AI coding tools and comfort making real code changes.
• Experience building evaluations or regression suites for LLM-based systems.
• Familiarity with MCP, agent-to-agent protocols, embeddings, and multi-model architectures.
• Strong technical background from product, engineering, or an adjacent role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup.
