Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York or Boston; hybrid, with the option to work remotely. Offices are located in NYC and Boston.

Estimated OTE: $180K–$200K, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, focusing on outcomes and real-world impact.
• Define product vision, strategy, and scalable roadmaps based on user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities.
• Run customer discovery, analyze support tickets, and translate insights into clear problem statements.
• Build, launch, and iterate on capabilities from 0→1 through scale, including AI agents and ERP integrations.
• Align design, engineering, and go-to-market teams while maintaining high standards for execution, usability, and platform coherence.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience leading the development of integrations, with a proven history of delivering complex technical products.
• Experience building or launching Construction ERP integrations.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to work deeply with engineers on tactical decisions and translate them into customer value.
• Exceptional product sense and user empathy, especially when navigating complex multi-system integrations.
• High ownership mindset, with the ability to move quickly and act independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, Sage Intacct for Construction, or Procore.
