Product Owner, AI & AWS Delivery (AI)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Agentforce implementation projects, overseeing the solution as product owner and daily execution as project manager.
• Guide customers and delivery teams in defining use cases, business outcomes, and solution direction.
• Transition customers from sales to delivery by reviewing SOWs and partner-funding POs, defining project roles, and facilitating kickoffs and onboarding.
• Plan and monitor project financials, scope, schedules, status meetings, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead hirify.global project members, maintain customer relationships, and report measured outcomes before project closeout.
• Drive internal Agentforce initiatives through reusable assets and solutions that improve innovation and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS across all phases of project delivery.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation, sizing, SOWs, and change-order contracting.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator certification plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Demonstrated experience writing SOWs and change requests and managing scope.
