Global Supply Manager (AI)

Location: Wichita, Kansas, United States; in-person expectations may apply in hirify.global's hybrid working environment.

Salary: $70,550–$104,500 per year, with the final offer determined by location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Create, optimize, and communicate strategic supply plans using supply-planning principles and data-driven insights.
• Use enterprise systems, business-intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled tools to manage supply, communicate issues, automate repetitive tasks, and improve planning efficiency and data visibility.
• Develop AI-, analytics-, and automation-based tools, dashboards, and reports to identify supply risks, improve forecast quality, and accelerate decision-making.
• Improve supply-planning processes through systems-based automation and tools.
• Produce consumption, inventory, forecast, commit, and supply-performance reports, using exception-based and predictive insights to identify imbalances and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex supply and analytical insights into clear business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, including the ability to assess data quality, recognize patterns, and convert insights into action.
• Quality orientation with attention to data accuracy, model and report validation, controls, traceability, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or SAP IBP; experience with Tableau or Power BI and practical use of AI.
• General understanding of ERP/MRP and shop-floor control systems, supply planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Focus on continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI solutions to create reports, generate dashboards, and automate repetitive tasks.
