Industrial Builds Project Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States. Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office and regular travel to project sites. Relocation assistance is available to eligible new employees.

Salary: $205,000–$225,000 per year, plus equity, performance-related bonuses for eligible employees, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of multiple infrastructure and facilities build-out projects, including advanced compute facilities, labs, testing environments, and production spaces.
• Own project estimating, budgeting, financial analysis, capital funding, cost forecasting, and fiscal performance.
• Engage, contract, and manage architects, contractors, construction managers, consultants, and other external partners.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, Corporate Security, IT/AV, EH&S, stakeholder teams, Finance, and Leasing on site selection and acquisition due diligence.
• Own relationships with internal clients and executives, driving alignment, engagement, and decision-making.
• Lead technical due diligence, concept design, design review, AHJ coordination, utility requirements, feasibility studies, drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, hyper-scaling environment.
• Background in architecture, interior design, or construction project management.
• Experience collaborating with MEP, structural, and building-systems engineering disciplines.
• Deep expertise in construction budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience building and leveraging relationships with external vendors, consultants, general contractors, and internal teams.
• Strong leadership, ownership, collaboration, communication, and large-group presentation skills, including communication with senior executives and high-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading vendor management and contract administration, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing agreements for compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with project goals.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects across geographies and delivering them on time, within budget, and to a high design standard.
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and projects.
