Senior Project Manager (Engineering/Construction)

Location: Remote, associated with New York, New York, USA

Salary: $131,750–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines across project phases.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports, drawing reviews, and documentation for clients and property or facility management teams.
• Support consultant and construction team selection, contracting, and oversight, integrating brokerage, building operations, and M.E.P. requirements where applicable.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, advising account, portfolio, and facility management leaders.
• Present services to clients and provide recommendations on major project issues, findings, results, approvals, and expenditures.
• Supervise, develop, evaluate, and potentially hire Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related area.
• At least 7 years of directly related experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management, including leading, motivating, and developing employees.
• Client focus, communication proficiency, leadership, technical proficiency, and consultation skills.
• Ability to implement government laws and regulations and follow established rulings of government authorities.
