What you will do

• Facilitate client kick-off and review meetings to gather business and technical requirements for IT solutions.
• Identify impacted business processes and determine appropriate process and IT-solution integrations.
• Receive, process, present, and report weekly Infrastructure Service Requests.
• Consult subject-matter experts and coordinate tasks required to complete integrated telecommunications projects.
• Manage multiple projects based on agency assignments and disseminate information to technical teams, customers, and technical managers.
• Work across WAN, MLAN, WLAN, security, voice, and videoconferencing platforms in a large, complex enterprise network environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Organization and prioritization skills mandatory.
• Communication and interpersonal skills mandatory.
• Previous experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, and/or departments in an enterprise environment required.
• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel required.
• 3–5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix required.
• 3–5 years working within a telecommunications environment required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a large enterprise setting required.
• 3–5 years of experience working with multiple network platforms and multiple network lines of service required.
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience required.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience with Clarity.
• 2–3 years of experience with DevOps.
