Salary: $118,000–$168,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities across the application stack using secure coding practices and industry standards.
• Design, maintain, and deliver enterprise integration solutions connecting diverse systems across the full technology stack.
• Use C/C++ for high-performance system-level development and Java for framework enhancements.
• Lead migration of the Application Integrator product to a modern platform while preserving functionality, performance, security, and scalability.
• Monitor and update third-party libraries, frameworks, and components, assessing compatibility and performance impacts.
• Collaborate with Support, QA, DevOps, and Product Management, and document security fixes, migration steps, and technical decisions.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of professional software development experience focused on backend systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in C and C++, with strong production experience in Java.
• Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, memory management, inter-process communication, and Java web frameworks such as Apache Struts.
• Proven experience with middleware and automation tools for connecting enterprise-level applications.
• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native integration strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and security standards such as OWASP and ISO 27001.
