  • Understanding of computer science fundamentals and interest in lower-level software.
  • Ability to debug complex problems and explain technical thinking clearly.
  • Exposure to debugging tools, performance analysis, testing, version control, or collaborative software development practices.
  • Curiosity about processor architecture, hardware simulation, performance modelling, or systems behaviour, with willingness to ask questions and learn through feedback.
  • Relevant skills may be demonstrated through coursework, a dissertation, personal or team projects, research, or other experience.

Culture & Benefits

  • Permanent role with a two-year graduate programme offering hands-on learning and development support.
  • Small team with support from a team lead, senior members, and a buddy system.
  • Flexible working and thoughtfully designed office spaces for collaboration.
  • Up to 5% matched pension, phantom equity, income protection, and life assurance.
  • Electric vehicle salary-sacrifice scheme and flexible benefits including private medical insurance, dental cover, health cash plan, cycle-to-work scheme, and give-as-you-earn.
  • Free food and an on-site barista.

Hiring process
