Developer Experience Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Identify opportunities for developer tooling across hirify.global's AI inference accelerator and customer workflows.
• Design and deliver functional, easy-to-learn tools for LLM engineers.
• Help customers understand system usage and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
• Monitor and optimize large-scale LLM deployments and workloads.
• Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to shape the Developer Experience.

Requirements

• Experience with inference frameworks such as JAX and/or PyTorch.
• Software development experience in Python, Rust, C/C++, or a similar language.
• Experience monitoring and optimizing code written in CUDA, ROCm, OpenCL, or similar technologies.
• Experience monitoring and optimizing LLM deployments with 50+ billion parameters.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Understanding of inference hardware development and the tooling needs of LLM engineers.
