Analyst Lead, Legal Operations & Services (Fintech)

What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Global Employment Law and Chief Ethics Officer to execute a multi-year ethics and employment compliance roadmap.
• Own the global employment and ethics policy lifecycle, including drafting, review, legal and compliance sign-off, localization, publication, version control, refreshes, approval workflows, and attestation tracking.
• Design and deliver global ethics and employment law training through live, virtual, and e-learning formats.
• Monitor employment-law developments across the United States and international jurisdictions, including wage and hour, pay equity and transparency, anti-discrimination, leave, whistleblower protections, works councils, and employee data protection.
• Build data-driven dashboards and board-level reporting on hotline activity, investigations, and culture metrics.
• Evaluate, deploy, and govern AI and generative AI tools for regulatory monitoring, policy drafting, training personalization, hotline triage, and trend analytics.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution preferred; a bachelor's degree with significant, demonstrated compliance experience will also be considered.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in employment law, ethics and compliance, or regulatory compliance, with substantial exposure to multinational operations.
• Deep working knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour, anti-discrimination, pay equity, leave, and whistleblower protections.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale compliance policies, training programs, and communication campaigns.
• Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and at least one data visualization or BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
