Staff Product Manager (Payments)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end payments product strategy, from market assessment and vision definition through production launch and iteration.
• Build payment flows integrated into the real estate closing experience and develop a best-in-class customer experience.
• Integrate multiple payment rails, including ACH, wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks.
• Work with Design, Engineering, Strategy, Legal, Risk, Operations, Bank Partners, and Product Marketing to deliver payment features.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap, balance customer value with technical complexity and risk, and break ambitious goals into shippable milestones.
• Analyze adoption and engagement data, write product requirements documents, and use findings to improve priorities and product iterations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products.
• Proven experience building payments products spanning multiple payment methods: ACH, wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks.
• Experience with Agile Product Development methodologies, including scoping, executing, and delivering products to market.
• Analytical and strategic approach with a proven track record of using data to validate assumptions.
• Ability to solve problems through listening, disambiguation, questioning, and negotiating trade-offs.
• Experience creating roadmaps and communicating them to executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with high-level decision-makers.
