Senior Product Manager 1 (Fintech)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, or remote from approved US states: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Washington. Hybrid work is available for Colorado residents, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.

Compensation range: $106,729–$130,000, depending on location.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for a charter across Donor Management, Church Management, Integrations, Apps, or Partnerships.
• Lead customer discovery and translate customer and stakeholder needs into product requirements and validated solutions.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver high-quality features and enhancements through timely release.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launches, go-to-market enablement, packaging, pricing, and adoption.
• Build working knowledge of APIs, integrations, payments processing, vault and tokenisation processes, settlements, and marketplace ecosystems.
• Use analytics and AI tools to identify opportunities, evaluate AI-driven features, support decision-making, and mentor other Product Managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or adjacent industries.
• Proven success delivering features or products end-to-end within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or partnership-driven product models.
• Practical, hands-on experience with AI and machine learning applications in product development and internal workflows, including evaluating AI-driven features and their limitations.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and proficiency managing workstreams in Jira or an equivalent issue-tracking system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional non-standard hours for meetings and collaboration with global, cross-time-zone teams.
