Demand Planning Specialist (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Build and maintain product-level and SKU-level demand plans for assigned categories across AP regions at Sell In and Sell Thru levels.
• Gather, analyze, and incorporate demand signals, channel data, replenishment triggers, and statistical insights.
• Monitor weekly sales performance and inventory levels, communicating risks related to supply shortages, excess stock, and aging stock.
• Support demand planning, scenario planning, performance analysis, and inventory status preparation for monthly S&OP meetings.
• Provide performance summaries and support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with the Regional Demand Lead, regional marketing, finance, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in demand planning and familiarity with S&OP processes, with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand, supply, logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with uncertain or incomplete information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Google Office Productivity Suites and enterprise planning systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
