Specialist II, Logistics

Location: Taipei, Taiwan. Office environment; no travel required.

Operations focus on warehouse inventory and import/export logistics.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, record, store, label, and trace incoming materials and products.
• Maintain inventory records in WMS or ERP systems and perform stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory audits.
• Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory variances.
• Coordinate inbound imports and outbound exports, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and verify packing lists, invoices, delivery orders, customs documents, and shipment records.
• Pick, pack, stage, and safely handle materials while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or 2 years of equivalent experience in planning, inventory control, and warehousing.
• Experience or capability in warehouse inventory management and import/export logistics operations.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate carefulness, and work under significant pressure.
