Director, Delivery & Deployment Excellence (ERP)

Location: Remote workforce, based in the USA; supports teams across the Americas.

Pay range: $184,000–$230,000 USD annual.

What you will do

• Lead Americas business readiness, solution quality, deployment excellence and adoption for Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades and enhancements.
• Partner with Order Management, Distribution, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Global Trade Services and commercial teams to assess requirements, define process scenarios and align regional priorities with the ERP roadmap.
• Lead process assessments and sponsor simplification and standardization improvements that reduce inefficiency and increase technology investment value.
• Set the regional testing and readiness approach, oversee integration, user acceptance and regression testing, and manage defect triage, retesting and business sign-off.
• Develop deployment, cutover, go-live and stabilization plans while coordinating change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption.
• Monitor post-go-live performance, resolve issues, capture lessons, build reusable deployment practices and identify AI-based ERP solutions to improve business performance and employee productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, supply chain, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Substantial experience in enterprise transformation, ERP delivery, business deployment, testing or change execution, including complex regional or cross-regional delivery.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes across commercial, customer service, finance, distribution and supply chain operations.
• Experience leading readiness, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization for large-scale technology or process change.
• Ability to use data, milestones and readiness measures to assess delivery health and support timely decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication across functions, cultures, regions and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or a comparable enterprise ERP platform.
• Relevant program, project, testing or change management certification.
• Experience in regulated healthcare, medical devices or a similarly complex environment.
