Full Stack Developer (React)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain client websites and user interfaces using React and Next.js across user-facing components, server-side routing, and API handling.
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party services, primarily Google Analytics, Siteimprove, and Qualtrics.
• Use Strapi to create collection types and implement custom middleware and other code changes.
• Collaborate with clients on website look and design, incorporating applications, graphics, audio, and video.
• Build accessible, responsive web experiences for laptops, smartphones, and other platforms.
• Test, debug, optimize, and resolve website issues related to usability, speed, and quality.

Requirements

• Deep and thorough knowledge of Next.js and React, including all application layers from user-facing components to server-side routing and API handling.
• Experience maintaining package versions, performing major version upgrades, and resolving associated breaking changes.
• Experience with Strapi, including both platform usage and code changes; experience creating collection types and custom middleware is relevant.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing sprints, features, code pull requests, and deployments.
• Proficiency in website programming languages and technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, Python, C++, and Java.
• Understanding of website design principles and SEO optimization.
• Ability to use client input to create functional, creative, and user-friendly webpages.
• Ability to test and debug websites, with analytical, detail-oriented, focused, and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related experience, and 5 years of experience.

Nice to have

• Experience writing automated tests with Java-based Selenium.
• Some experience with Qualtrics.
