Associate QA Engineer, Software (iGaming)

What you will do

• Review requirements and design artifacts and provide timely feedback with Senior Engineers.
• Collaborate on the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for gaming software and related solutions across multiple platforms.
• Write clear defect logs, recreate issues, identify major problems, and assist with escalation and resolution.
• Use SQA tools and databases, follow testing procedures and workflows, and support the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare project status updates and completion reports with Lead and Senior Engineers.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, triage meetings, special projects, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience as an SQA, SDET, Software Engineer, or equivalent.
• Academic and/or working knowledge of computer architecture and hardware.
• Academic and/or working knowledge of operating systems and software application architecture.
• Academic and/or working knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Academic and/or working knowledge of object-oriented programming languages.
• Basic academic knowledge of real-time embedded systems and client/server systems.
• Proficiency with productivity tools and applications such as Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative working ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on delivering quality; able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including computer-based work and sitting, standing, walking, bending, and using hands.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
