What you will do

• Facilitate bug fixes by creating detailed bug reports and performing verification testing.
• Execute complex test plans for features, systems, vehicles, and tracks.
• Generate qualitative and quantitative reports for developers and management.
• Communicate directly with customers and support teams to identify issues and workarounds.
• Perform testing across various hardware, peripherals, and console platforms.
• Support development processes through continuous feedback and project assistance.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
• 2+ years of active hirify.global membership
• Proven experience in quality assurance application testing
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data organization
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA or other bug tracking software
• Fundamental knowledge of motorsports, racecraft, and vehicle dynamics
• Programming, 3D art, or web development skills
• Experience with console development and testing
• Comfort working in a remote environment
