Senior Analyst, Production Strategy (Automotive)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with on-site work required 3 days per week or more; approximately 10% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Develop strategies and action plans for make-versus-buy studies, capacity studies, and commodity strategies.
• Coordinate hirify.global functions, suppliers, and global headquarters across project activities, schedules, milestones, and KPIs.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information and develop recommendations for strategic sourcing, capacity, production flexibility, and cost competitiveness.
• Present project conditions, risks, outlooks, action plans, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and executives.
• Support standard operating procedures and implement process improvements, including RMBSS processing and downstream documentation.
• Lead and mentor analysts supporting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience coordinating complex cross-functional studies and achieving KPIs.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple short- and long-term tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information across cultures and organizational boundaries.
• Critical-thinking skills, including identifying risks and gaps, generating solutions, and evaluating impact.
• Fluent use of Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas, charts and graphs, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally by approximately 10%.
• Ability to work on site 3 days per week or more.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration support or employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing planning and operations, and/or manufacturing costing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience working at hirify.global with TBP and JKK (Through Panel).
• Experience with hirify.global Powertrain or vehicle-related projects.
• Problem-solving and process-improvement experience and/or training.
• Power BI experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
