Value Stream Analyst (Production)

Location: Laconia, New Hampshire, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Create capacity-feasible production schedules to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Work with functional departments to plan resource use and maximize production revenue.
• Forecast long-term capacity needs and propose staffing requirements using customer needs, upcoming work, and historical data.
• Identify operational issues, assess customer and operational strategies, and recommend improvements.
• Develop, analyze, and communicate operational dashboards, reports, inventory information, capacity data, and conclusions.
• Prepare concise information for daily stand-ups, management meetings, and customer meetings while partnering with departments, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes for processing, manipulating, and analyzing data.
• High proficiency in Excel, including organizing, validating, and analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Ability to provide thoughtful and creative context for reviewed data and translate information into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience guiding others through data to clarify key drivers, implications, and recommended actions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, partner with other departments, suppliers, and customers, and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
