IT Integrator for Retail & Banking Technology

Location: Bucharest - Dacia One; flexible work from home or the office.

What you will do

• Coordinate large-scale, cross-domain IT initiatives across multiple teams, tribes, and organizational boundaries.
• Define feature and epic interdependencies, estimations, and end-to-end IT implementation plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate implementation execution, end-to-end testing, and activation of new IT solutions.
• Manage collaboration with architects, product and technology leaders, operations, data stakeholders, analysts, legal, risk, compliance, squads, and external partners.
• Define project governance, clarify business and IT responsibilities, provide status reporting, and remove delivery obstacles.
• Produce and maintain implementation plans, governance documents, status reports, deployment runbooks, master test plans, and project closure reports.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of platform technologies, cloud services, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• 5+ years of experience in the banking industry or as an IT Project Manager focused on coordination and integration, including analytical work.
• 10+ years of experience in feature engineering, integration, project management, or customer journeys for the banking industry.
• High-level technical expertise and experience with market-leading banking software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Agile/Scrum Master certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field.
