TL;DR

IT Integrator for Retail & Banking Technology (Banking/IT Integration): Coordinating large-scale, cross-domain IT initiatives and integrating reusable technology capabilities, platforms, and services for retail and banking units with an accent on implementation planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end delivery. Focus on defining dependencies across teams and tribes, coordinating testing and activation, and removing delivery obstacles across complex organizational boundaries.

Location: Hybrid, Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

Coordinate large-scale, cross-domain IT initiatives for Retail & Bankhirify.global Technology.
Define feature and epic interdependencies, estimations, and comprehensive implementation plans.
Coordinate implementation across teams and tribes, includhirify.global end-to-end testhirify.global and activation of new IT solutions.
Manage stakeholders across architecture, product, operations, data, legal, risk, compliance, squads, and external partners.
Define governance structures, facilitate delivery, identify obstacles, and provide status reporthirify.global.
Create and maintain implementation plans, governance documents, deployment runbooks, master test plans, status reports, and project closure reports.

Requirements

Strong understandhirify.global of platform technologies, cloud services, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
5+ years of experience in the bankhirify.global industry or as an IT Project Manager focused on coordination and integration, with analytical skills.
10+ years of experience in feature engineerhirify.global, integration, project management, or customer journeys for the bankhirify.global industry.
High-level technical expertise and experience with market-leadhirify.global bankhirify.global software.
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
Agile/Scrum Master certification and ITIL Foundation or higher.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field.
