Project Manager-BI

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work model with 3 days per week from the office and up to 2 months per year of fully remote work from anywhere.

What you will do

• Lead a strategic, transversal project from planning through delivery.
• Define project requirements, priorities, timelines, deliverables, scope, and budget with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and cross-functional departments, developers, clients, and external partners.
• Monitor progress and performance while managing risks, changes, dependencies, and project documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, maintain client relationships, and keep internal and external stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• Project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, change management, and risk management.
• Experience with custom application development, SDLC, and BI projects.
• Familiarity with BI visualization tools, preferably Looker.
• Experience working with clients, cross-functional teams, and distributed or global teams.
• Collaborative, client-focused, organized, adaptable, proactive, and growth-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
