Tech Expenses Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Remote-first, with the role listed in Rio de Janeiro and other locations in São Paulo; access to local hubs where available.

What you will do

• Manage card limits and process purchases for software, peripherals, and office equipment.
• Allocate system costs across teams and cost centers and support accurate financial reporting.
• Track software vendor contracts, including terms, renewals, SLAs, and negotiated conditions.
• Validate invoices against contracts and actual usage and manage approval and payment workflows through CAPS.
• Audit users and licenses, identify inactive accounts and tool redundancies, and propose portfolio consolidation and licensing adjustments.
• Administer the corporate travel platform and coordinate peripheral procurement from quotations through delivery and asset registration.

Requirements

• Solid experience in financial control, procurement, IT operations, or a related field.
• Advanced analytical skills with complex spreadsheets, reporting, and large volumes of data.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when tracking multiple contracts and invoices.
• Advanced English for reading, writing, conversation, meetings, and contracts in a global environment.
• Clear communication skills for working with international vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, Jira, Power BI or Looker, AI, and travel platforms such as Voll, Egencia, or TravelPerk.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS Management, IT Asset Management, or software license control.
• Experience managing SaaS contracts at global companies.
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management or Software Asset Management.
• Background in finance, controlling, or supply chain.
• Experience at scale-ups or high-growth technology companies.
• Intermediate Spanish.
