TL;DR
Actuarial Analyst (Actuarial Consulting): Performing data validation, reserving, pricing, underwriting, solvency, reinsurance, and IFRS 17 analysis with an accent on technical provisions, disclosures, and validation against IFRS 4. Focus on analyzing actuarial data, supporting consulting engagements, and developing assigned solutions using Excel, PowerPoint, SAS, and R.

What you will do
- Compile, validate, reconcile, and analyze data.
- Perform reserving analysis for technical provisions and support pricing and underwriting reviews.
- Support solvency reviews, reinsurance analysis, and other actuarial tasks.
- Produce IFRS 17 disclosures and perform reviews and validation against IFRS 4.
- Provide general consulting support and complete assigned development work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or another major with quantitative coursework.
- Actively pursuing actuarial exams.
- Good expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fair knowledge of software such as SAS and R.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Experience working with the GCC or Middle East market.
