Senior Cost Controller (m/f/d) - Riyadh

What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and control project costs, budgets, forecasts, revenue, profitability, and financial performance across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and operations.
• Lead project controlling activities and develop financial models, business cases, performance dashboards, management reports, executive presentations, and client-facing analyses.
• Analyze cost drivers, variances, financial risks, resource utilization, project margins, and operational efficiency.
• Support project managers and leadership teams with financial planning and decision-making.
• Identify and implement cost optimization measures and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to transformation and performance improvement programs in international environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Cost Controlling, Cost Engineering, Product Costing, Manufacturing Controlling, Procurement, or Automotive Consulting.
• Experience in consulting, automotive, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technology environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and reporting tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent English required; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel if required by client engagements.
