(NEW) Manager (m/f/d) Cost Controlling

What you will do

• Lead cost controlling, financial performance, and business planning projects for international clients.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, project controlling, and profitability across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations.
• Develop performance management frameworks, KPIs, reporting structures, and financial transparency throughout transformation programs.
• Identify cost drivers, financial risks, and optimization opportunities to improve business performance.
• Advise senior management and executive stakeholders through management reports, presentations, and business cases.
• Build client relationships, support business development, prepare proposals, and contribute to project acquisition and the expansion of Cost & Value Management capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Cost Controlling, FP&A, Project Controlling, Performance Management, or Management Consulting, preferably in the automotive industry or industrial products.
• Experience leading projects and managing client relationships in consulting, automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable recommendations from complex data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and results-oriented approach.
• Fluent English required. Willingness to travel if required by client engagements.
