Finance Manager (Fintech)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Produce business drivers, volume trends, product mix analysis, budgets, forecasts, and multi-year growth plans for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman.
• Provide financial analysis and support for market development, pricing, interchange, revenue management, investment decisions, and client profitability.
• Model client incentive deals, prepare approval documentation, assess financial viability and execution risks, and recommend actions to senior leadership.
• Track executed deals, reforecast contra-revenues, challenge sales projections, and analyze deal performance.
• Lead expense planning, forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and guidance for cost center managers.
• Maintain compliance, data integrity, financial documentation, governance, and collaboration with Legal, Client Contract Management, Controlling, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance.
• Expertise in financial analysis and modelling in challenging and complex scenarios, including large data sets.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, structured problem-solving ability, attention to detail, organization, and focus on quality.
• Fluent written and spoken business English.
• Strong stakeholder management, business acumen, communication, interpersonal, and logical analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, deliver time-sensitive outputs, and operate within a complex matrix reporting structure and multinational organization.
• Proactive, can-do attitude.

Nice to have

• Accounting degree or professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in local languages.
• Familiarity with the cards business and revenue streams.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
