Senior Strategic Finance Specialist

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Ecosystem, and Revenue Operations to translate business priorities into financial forecasts and analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts for evaluating plans, assumptions, performance, and investment choices.
• Own recurring reporting, explain material trends and variances, and clarify financial results for business partners.
• Investigate ad hoc financial questions and turn findings into recommendations for target attainment and efficient growth.
• Work with stakeholders to validate assumptions, improve reporting clarity and consistency, and support day-to-day decisions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role, including support for business decisions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and building AI-powered workflows for financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting; ability to validate outputs and translate results into actionable business insights.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and spreadsheet skills, including data organization and accuracy checks.
• Experience producing recurring reports or variance analyses and explaining their business meaning.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance partners.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SaaS or technology teams, especially across multiple go-to-market functions.
• Familiarity with financial planning systems or analytics tools such as Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
• Experience assessing resource allocation, investment choices, or the relationship between operating metrics and financial results.
