Analyst / Associate (Private Equity Fund Finance)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; onsite work in the Dallas office.

What you will do

• Advise on and develop tailored credit solutions within established risk parameters.
• Conduct due diligence on private equity funds and sponsors, including track records, financials, PPMs, and LPAs across buyout, real estate, and infrastructure strategies.
• Build and maintain borrowing base certificates, financial models, and spreads.
• Analyze Limited Partner financial statements, subscription documentation, and credit data to support underwriting and risk assessment.
• Evaluate complex structured loans, draft committee memos for originations and modifications, and support ad hoc transactions.
• Perform ongoing regulatory compliance and risk management activities.

Requirements

• Strong interest in private equity and fund finance, with a passion for innovative credit solutions.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting and financial analysis.
• Exceptional people and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to manage changing priorities and a varied workload.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in underwriting, lending, commercial or private banking, investment banking, investor relations, private equity, or credit roles.
