Business Operations Specialist (Logistics)

What you will do

• Monitor live daily operations and ensure marketplace shifts are executed successfully, including real-time troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to meet each customer’s operational needs.
• Support workers before, during, and after shifts, resolve platform issues, and help users understand the hirify.global app.
• Manage worker communications and staffing levels to meet client requirements.
• Ensure accurate worker clock-in and clock-out records for payment processing.
• Improve processes, tooling, products, and standard operating procedures while supporting worker vetting and forward-filling initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience at a fast-growth company in track and trace, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Ownership mentality, strong work ethic, grit, and willingness to handle hands-on operational work.
• Positive attitude, strong customer empathy, and care for workers.
• Customer management skills, including problem-solving, expectation setting, and relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail combined with swift execution.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
