Global Product Manager, PAT Software

Location: Remote - New Jersey, United States. Other listed remote locations: Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Maryland.

Estimated base salary: $115,000-$165,000 annually, plus eligibility for variable cash programs and, for eligible roles, equity.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the software product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the Agile software backlog using customer impact, business value, quality, compliance, risk, and delivery capacity.
• Coordinate software strategy, integrations, dependencies, and shared roadmaps across Process Analytics products, business units, internal systems, and third-party platforms.
• Define requirements for digital-twin capabilities and manage the product relationship with Novasign.
• Use customer feedback, usage insights, support cases, defect trends, service data, and KPIs to guide product improvements and customer experience.
• Coordinate quality expectations, release readiness, documentation, training, pricing, packaging, forecasting, go-to-market planning, and internal enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of software product management, product ownership, or related experience in life sciences, analytical instrumentation, connected products, or another technical market.
• Experience owning software roadmaps, requirements, backlogs, and product priorities.
• Working knowledge of Agile software development and experience partnering with software engineering and quality teams.
• Ability to translate customer workflows, technical needs, and business objectives into practical software requirements and priorities.
• Experience working across multiple products, business units, and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or MBA.
• Experience with instrument software, connected devices, automation, data platforms, enterprise integrations, or digital products.
• Experience managing external software, technology, or development partnerships.
