Customer Enablement Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid work in the New York office, USA-New York-NY-1166 Avenue of Americas. Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Compensation: $140,000–$175,000 USD annually, with possible eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Build training curricula, materials, documentation, and client-facing resources for hirify.global Global teams and clients.
• Prepare teams and clients for every platform release and maintain internal sales training with Customer Success Managers.
• Maintain messaging, positioning, and demo scripts so the platform is explained clearly and consistently.
• Build AI agents and automations for routine team work and connect the tools used by the team.
• Identify client power users, support peer training, and create materials that scale onboarding through the product.
• Measure training effectiveness and improve programs based on results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enablement, solutions, or technical training roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or automations that other people rely on.
• Daily use of AI in professional work, with examples of built solutions that can be explained in interviews.
• Experience turning complex workflows and expert knowledge into training that people use.
• Clear writing and presentation skills for legal and non-legal audiences.
• Strong organization across multiple assets and releases.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.

Nice to have

• Legal-tech or eDiscovery experience.
• Experience with scripting or APIs.
• Experience building certification or onboarding programs.
